Pacific Century CyberWorks fell 3.11 per cent to a closing low of HK$4.675. Analysts are worried by news that PCCW will pay higher interest margins to secure a US$1.5bn loan for its Net joint venture with Telstra of Australia. Investors were also concerned when the company's deputy chairman, Francis Yuen, said the company had not yet found a buyer for Cable & Wireless's stake in PCCW.
