I don't know, I think he's strictly technical on the U.S. markets... I think they guy is right on target... a lot of the speculation has been taken out of the markets, the negative sentiment has increased, the charts look pretty good here, the advance declines have turned up, and the new high vs. new low ratio is about ten to one for the NYSE, that's all positive and not typical of a continued sell off..... I'm more bullish now than I've been all year..... I've been buying for the past two days, and a lot of buying.....<g> GZ
