Enhancement Capital Corporation is pleased to announce the following developments as they pertain to Envirokare Tech Inc. and Thermoplastic Composite Designs Inc.
Thermoplastic Composite Designs, Inc. (TCD) developer of the Thermoplastic Flowforming Process (TPF) has entered into pre-contract discussions with U.S. Air Force officials to develop replacement components to current aircraft and support system components that emit volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollution (VOC/HAP) in any life-cycle phases of manufacture, modification or maintenance. The Air Force is desirous in eliminating Chemical mill lines and clean lines used to clean aluminum skins for manufacturing and bonding aircraft control surfaces. Chemicals to be eliminated include sodium hydroxide, riethanolamine (TEA), styrene, toluene, phosphoric acid (TRI), sulfuric acid, ferric sulfate, ammoalum hydroxide, and MEK. Also the Air Force would like to eliminate the inherent risks with spills associated with these processes, as well as the harm to Air Force workers who must wear protective air respirators, industrial gloves and safety goggles.
The Air Force is looking for candidate items that performance and cost benefits can also be achieved by employing the TPF process, in addition to producing zero VOC/HAP components. Replacement items being considered by the Air Force include aircraft components, radomes, tanks, containers, and pallets. Initial studies show the TPF process can build a 25% lighter pallet at lower life cycle costs when compared to large aluminum pallets currently in use in the Air Force inventory.
As you are aware Envirokare Tech Inc. is currently in negotiations with Thermoplastic Composite Designs Inc. (TCD) regarding a joint venture manufacturing agreement. With the proposed joint venture, Envirokare will have the ability to develop and market an infinite number of products for a variety of industries, creating a multitude of revenue streams.
