Good point, Raj. . .I like the smoke and mirrors. . .in this case it is literal. As for Ginger, the comments by those who have seen it, lead me to believe that it is MUCH bigger than an all-optical breakthru.

I would say it is something far more important. . . like maybe wireless 110 voltage that is safe. . . or an internal PC implant . . . or a way to "see" using a tiny camera implanted into the cornea. . . if thats true, it could then be switched over to another mode, which would "show" us the internet by simply re-focusing our "virtual view". . . or how about a storage device that could interface with our brain, so we would never forget? Now THOSE are inventions!!

I just hope it isn't all hype. . .or is just another way to access the net which is too expensive for any mortal.
