Hi Guardian - it is commonly understood that CMGI is going to award ENGA [also long] with AV biz as soon as the former has unwinded DCLK's [no position] contract. That said, both ENGA and AV are undergoing transformation, so it is hard to tell the impact. To say the least, ENGA is not losing AV <VBG>! best, Bosco
