ARBA's actions may be sending the message: "Stay away from or short those higher or non-PE stocks". It may be reinforcing what I have been thinking and saying. Reasonable PE does matter again and that is where the smarter money may be going to more and more. Stocks like. KEM @ PE 7. We'll see if there is a shift over the next month or two. The other thing that would not surprise me is that those analyst firms who downgraded ARBA may suddenly issue Strong Buys or Buys if it drops far enough. I will be watching for that, believe me.
