Sorry for not getting back to you quick enough.

It would take me quite a while to type these steps. I would suggest you go to Asus website asus.com.tw to look the bios update procesures.

I would try to post the link later.

Basically, the steps are:
1) Format a blank flobby and system it for clean boot.
2) copy flash program and the new bios to this boot flobby disk.
3) after clean boot from this flobby disk, use the flash program to save your BIOS to the flobby, then, upload the new BIOS to mobo.
4) It takes 10~20s to upload. When it finished, it would show that it has done and asks for reboot. (Don't turn off power during upload!)

That should be it!
