"IT" is a single passenger personal flying machine that "straps" on similar to the rocket-backpack of the 1960's. It is powered by a small internal combustion engine that drives 2 propellers mounted side by side in cylindrical housings above the pilot's head. Control mechanisms are 2 joysticks -one in each hand. I don't believe the government will ever allow this device to be owned by the great unwashed masses of people. Way too much freedom. Search "Solotrek" and you will find the prototype.
