There is also good reason to believe that the Bush administration's plans to deploy new missile defense systems will adversely affect our relations with China, including our trading relationships.

If China will be putting off decisions about cdma implementation until W and congress hash out the missile defense plans then we have a worse situation than I thought. Let's see what IJ thinks on 1-25. Rory
