CIEN is going crazy. Very interesting market today: QQQ have traded much higher than the NDX all day -- short covering before another leg up? The market's sluggish, but it doesn't look like anyone is ready to sell it off yet. It'll be interesting to see if the strength continues after 11 a.m.
