Mike, The readme from PC Chip flash utility: (1) The mainboard can uses two types of Flash ROM ---- 5 volt and 12 volt. Set the mainboard for either type with the "Flash ROM BIOS Jumper". P.S. (incorrect setting, the Flash EPROM won't be programed.) (2) Power-off your system, set "Flash ROM BIOS jumper" in a correct position. (3) Power-on your system from MS-DOS ( no CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT files) (4) Type "AWDFLASH.EXE new_BIOS_file_name", then press "ENTER". Warning ! ============= Using incorrect BIOS file may cause the system can't reboot. Download the latest BIOS date 5-14-97 "5370514S.BIN" from w7.dj.net.tw I am using this new BIOS without any problem. Fuchi
