I feel the number of new Distributors they have obtained will assist them greatly. OPTKA will grow as their sales revenue continues to increase. The more new clients they get the more annual income revenue they will obtain. Optika usally charges clients a 14% to 16% annual maint fee on thier software, thus once they sell it to clients they get revenue on an yearly basis.

I see Optika earnings contining to increase as they gain more and more market share and sales continue to grow via thier large list of Value Added Resellers. The software they sell for image processing is very flexible and what most cleints like about it is they can customize their image processing platforms with minimal effort using Visual Basic code. Their products also support tons of hardware variations. Image Processing being performed on the corporate cleint server is just starting to take off and it seems Optika is getting alot of attention, due to the abilitiy of the software to support both large and small companies needs.

I see this stock in the $7.00 range by July month-end. I would classify the stock as a growth stock, not an agressive growth stock.
Thus, a person who buys into the stock would gain from long-term
value. 6 to 24 months. The stock could be in the $10.00 range.

Potential Problems - Well they have only been public for less then a year, thus they have growing pains that most new companies have. They,
are not a large company. Thus, they leverage upon the Distributors they select to perform the Image Processing System installs etc. Each new distributor must be certified and trained on how to use and install the Optika suite of software on numerous client hardware configurations. I feel Optika over the past 11 months has handled it's growth well and they have an excellant training facility in CO, where many of the software developers train new distributors technical representives on how to install the Optika Software Suite. Their payoff for all their efforts thus far is coming very soon. They were without a corporate account sales manager for over 6 months, until they recently hired the one listed on Yahoo.

I think their number one problem up until this point in time was being able to handle large corporate cleints needs. Not from a sofware standpoint from a marketing standpoint. Now that they have all these new distributors they can now team up and sell software. Optika will sell the image processing software and the VAR's will sell installation and consulting services. They are now also in a very good position to allow their cleints to tailor the software to meet their application needs.
