Heyyyy RRUFFFFFFY!

How's it goin'? I always find it amusing how people who are long on a stock like KREM are amazed at their losses when the stock goes back down to earth. KREM is a $10 stock at best. It will, IMO sink to a PE of at or under 10.

For a Granny smith to Golden delicious comparison. Look at another profitable fast food company. NWCI. New World Coffee. They are profitable and growing. They are growing more slowly than KREM, so their PE is a measly 3.8 They are about 1/4 as profitable as KREM.

When all the hoopla dies down, KREM is another fast-food company stock. Will they continue to be profitable? Probably. Will they continue fast growth? Probably for a while, but eventually all good things must come to an end. Meanwhile, people are getting a reality check from falling prices, and I don't mean at Wal-Mart (WMT).

Stay in the Black! jimS
