Daniel- Thanks for that note. Do you have any speculation as to why the MSOs have deployed local voice in mass. Offhand you would think that if the ILECs lose money on a 100 year old, mainly paid for narrowband plant, then why would the MSOs be willing to build a new voice network from scratch?

Maybe another way to put it, why did Mike Armstrong wager $100 billion in cable plant purchase to capture, among other things, local voice revenues if it's already a losing proposition for the ILECs? -MikeM(From Florida)
