agreed. let me add the key to me is whether PSI's installed base, both infrastructure and business, has value. if this were pets.com, i'd say who cares and no one will step to the plate. but PSI assets are mission critical to the new economy and, while there have been some serious mistakes, it would cost any co. a great deal more to try and recreate what PSI already has in place.

btw, a long time ago (for me) i bot PSI and UUNT in about 1995 at a similar time when AOL came on the scene and the market threw them both out because no one thought they could make money competing with AOL. MF did a very good analysis back then of ther POPs and other assets of PSI and UUNT. It didn't seem the market was including those assets. UUNT was bought out the next spring by MFS which was in turn bot out by WCOM. I also did very well with PSI but sold around 20 (pre-split) and missed the big run. I see some similarities this time as the PSI network and operations have some real value IMO.
