Russell C. Horowitz, the former director of investor relations of Active Apparel Group, Inc., is a director and majority owner of Xanthus Management, L.L.C. The group that has authorized the purchase of AAGP stock.
The Chief Executive Officer, President,Treasurer,and Director, of AAGP is George Horowitz.
Is this a family takeover of a small company? Or just a coincidence of two people with the same last name involved in the same endeavor.
Does anyone have more information on Xanthus Management??
