Have you not heard the sound of walnut or golf ball size hail pounding the roof, sides, windows & doors of your house? How about while sitting in a car, and watch the windshield get smashed, or rip holes right through the convertible top? Strip all the leaves and bark off trees, golf ball size hail hit your lawn and bounce 6 feet into the air, so much water on the street, they flood because the grates are covered with 12 inches of hail stones. Then and only then can you say you have seen and experienced hail.
