Tony, where do you feel I am mistaken? Am I incorrect about Intel not offering as much price protection as AMD? (that's the point I was most unsure of). Where else do you think my post is incorrect?

There are other areas for Intel, all the dot com stuff they invested in, for instance. But I don't think any of that is going to have a positive effect, near term (more likely, the opposite)
