You appear to miss the basic point. The cause of double-punches in Palm Beach trumpeted by the Democrats was bad ballot design. Neither I or the author of that statistical analysis believe that is reasonable, especially if, when the over-votes are inspected, it turns out that the vast majority are Gore - Bush double punches and NOT the Gore - Buchanan double punch red herring.

I repeat; what is it that is suspicious to you?
