For companies like ARBA, which are growing / evolving very fast, sequential numbers provide a much more accurate picture of the company's business.

Yes, ARBA did very, very well last year, but its the future that the market cares about. I think you are suggesting that the slowdown in sequential growth this quarter is just an anomaly. If that were the case, then management would have guided higher, and would have come out with some reason as to why the revenue growth was low this quarter.

ARBA is still a very fast growing company with a promising business in an exciting sector, but its not as fast growing nor quite as promising as it was before it reported earnings, and that is why the price came down today.
