Advanced Communications Technologies Inc SEC Filings: secinfo.com There appear to be 87 mil shares... At $0.68, Market Cap 59 mil... Offices in CA, but incorporated in FL... Looks like they've been paying some bills with stock... If claims are credible, it strains credulity that the company would not have been snapped up well before now at these prices - or to have at least seen the potential reflected through stock accumulation by venture partners or industry insiders... It's certainly not from lack of promotion. Perhaps potential is inversely related to # of redundant press releases?
