I'm finally going say my 2 cents worth ... and that's enough to buy 1 share of AREE!

You're point about doing DD on TRID was excellent - that's what EVERYONE should be doing prior to investing in a company. Do you NOT think that was done in this case?

If it had seemed that we had not done our DD, then we thank everyone who has talked about this SEC information, for bringing it to our attention ... but, it seems like we HAVE done our DD and do know about it. Yet, we still bought. Interesting. There must be something more to it than just past management problems.

Bottomline: We already knew about the old SEC filing. We did our DD. We made our decision. Let it lie there ... we're all big boys.
