Thanks for your post. I discovered a good thread on Asia Pacific at Motley Fool.com. Reviewing some of the news the company wants to remain in control of this lucrative sight and Norsk Hydro is an interested participant but more funding is the key challenge now. Why have the deep pockets not lined up? Also I read that Asia Pacific was refused a Nasdaq listing because the share price is below $1 American currency. Can I assume that institutional interest (fund companies) in the company is fairly low?

On the other hand, the company seems to have the approval of the Thailand government to proceed and several former Thai politicians are on the board. Also is not world demand increasing for quality mineral fertilizer reserves such as potash?

Can this company stay afloat to see this project through? What are the possible scenarios?
