I believe he was against White when he wanted this killer to be retried. I heard on the Sunday shows he was a cop killer and one of the victim's relatives will also speak during hearings. Senator Boxer expressed her strong feelings in voting against him this morning. He held up one of her nominations for two years. I can understand now where she is coming from. All the talk shows this morning have him getting approved by 100% of Republicans and 10 mid west democrats.
