More great news. From reading the Chinese news myself.

Korea's MII is planning to lower its wireless internet rate plan to stimulate Korea's economy and paves the way for IS-95C (CDMA) service. MII plans to meet with 5 service providers about this decision. MII plans to announce around March. The new plan can be implemented within 6 months.

The rate plan is determined by how many "times" instead of "minutes" a user connecting to wireless internet service. It is designed to fit IS-95C service.
