According to the article, Qualcomm is interesting to expand its CDMA world to IA and PDA products. HTC is the company QCOM may invest instead of VIA, the parent company. Two other subs. are also mentioned. I already found HTC's web site. htc.com.tw "Only read in Chinese" It specializes in IA (Information Appliance) products. It uses Microsoft's "Windows CE" OS instead of Palm OS.
