Hi Bill; In connection with your latest update I have received the 1996 Annual Report from Carbite Golf Inc. Included with the report is an Information Circular outlining the agenda for the Annual General Meeting. It appears that the company is considering a share consolidation of 1.5:1. As the circular was probably printed prior to todays news release, confirming the merger agreements, would you know if the terms of the share consolidation will also affect the number of shares being issued in the merger agreements. As a side note you may be interested to know that the company received a favorable reveiw in Saturday's Globe & Mail newspaper as part of their Investor Alert section. Hopefully the company will be releasing some first quarter sales figures shortly showing a steady rise in revenues. Bryan
