I wouldn't put more than 5 % of your portfolio in this stock, even at these $ 2 levels. ISCO will trade higher for sure. Most of those rallys will be just news hype! For this stock to get on a solid footing, either new money backing or the backing of a big/cash cow company should happen. Using their financial gimmicks, they are now boasting "no debt", but a lot of outstanding shares. I will buy more, if they get some big customers. Technology has great potential - but getting results/sales, is something else, totally!
