I think you are right about the groundwork being laid. GMGC has been at the Portico/Voice Advisor
thing for some time now. They were pretty much the pioneer with Portico. It was tough going trying
to get the whole thing going with limited capital. They made a go of it and got the industry interested.

Now there are several other players. AOL, Yahoo, ATT, Delphi/Palm,... are taking their first steps and
legitimizing voice browsing. With Onstar as a showcase and more and more people becoming familiar
with voice browsing, seems General Magic should have a good chance at gaining business with its proven
MagicTalk platform.
