I appreciate your agreement that a predominance of Bush - Gore double punches would indicate fraud, and I agree that that is to be determined. The additional evidence for that likely being the case is that in the precincts which produced the major portion of the 19,000 overvotes, the Bush vote was dramatically lower than the Republican vote there in other State races, while the Gore vote was substantially higher than the Democrat vote in those other races.

In any case, I applaud your keeping an open mind until the specifics of the double votes are determined.

The implication of this evidence is that Gore lost between 3,000 and 15,000 votes in Palm Beach County because the ballot confusion benefitted Bush. To argue that Bush lost votes just flies in the face of the evidence.

At this point, there is no "evidence" either way, but this statement is simply Dem spin. Remember, they had hired a PR firm to mass call voters to find some who "thought" they may have mis-voted. They only came up with a few hundred, no where near enough to explain the 19,000 over votes. If the majority of those are Bush - Gore, then in fact Bush lost the majority of those votes, likely by fraud.

I submit that you have zero evidence for any intentional black disenfranchisement, and that your search for valid statistical evidence will be much more difficult than mine.

I hope we get the results. I will readily admit I am wrong if the majority are Gore - Buchanan, but I don't think so.
