When Meek people start telling you they want to buy, but at lower points they are sure will come, that is usually a clear sign that you should be buying now. Those lower buy points usually don't come...too many similar buyers lining up. This stock is poised to surprise to the upside, probably this week.

The little tech stocks, like RCN, TERN, XLA, NOPT rocketed last week. Time for the bigger techs to catch up, as the institutions join the party....

Mid-40's within a week....
