Way too early to talk about "standards" for 4G. We are still more at a review stage, some talk burst techniques other just look at wider spectrum and others with more dense deployment of base stations (more akin to wireless LAN). Things will take shape in a couple of years when no doubt another standards war breaks out (it happens all the time in our industry).
