I think that the $ 10.00 has 3 dollars of the new contract already priced in. In other words , no contract and we go down to 6.50 - 7.00 area. However the full potential of this contract is yet to be fully discounted in NHC stock price. My guess is that the ILEC will put our annual sales at 250 million cdn in annual sales, thus, 2TIMES sales ,divided by 18million sh. and I get $ $ 27/ shares! Yes I am conservative.cleto
