Perhaps you missed the fact that They have completed the Miami Dade re-count. Instead of the ~125 votes gained by Gore when they stopped the divining of votes, BUSH gained 6 votes.

Truth is clear now, that if Gore had had his way, he might have gained the presidency, but HE DID NOT HAVE THE VOTES to do so.

Also, if Ashcroft is such a racist, Why would he admire Mahailia Jackson ?
