my SAndisk IMagemate compactflash card reader doesn't want to work with WIN95. I have USB support and my camera works just fine but it just won't recognize the SAndisk.

Is the 98 upgrade worth the effort? I have a win98 disk that came with my laptop, but I've learned the hard way not to get to busy upgrading as it leads to general crankiness and stress
