you're one click away!..very ez to start, if you want moderated version, I believe you may have to use the SI "new" interface instead of classic...in fact, starting thread with the new interface will give the most updated choices and simple 1,2,3 instructions...just click on any forum and you'll see the "start a new subject" icon.. no headaches after popping two aleve...the locked bowel thing there, well depening on severity and interpretation, maybe I'll leave that for the Doc..
