Jim This stock is just too cheap to pass up.

Com's spin off of its palm division,
the two separate entities will hold a
tremendous value. The
parent, COMS, will now be able to
focus on its core business, while the
spin-off will benefit from the tremendous
growth opportunities in the Internet
wireless arena.
