If their stock options work like most peoples, first they have to execise their options by buying the said number of shares. Then they have to turn around and sell them. Couple of things here: You have to agree that it was a good time to sell (I personnally think they had help from GS and Leh pumping the price up there), then look at the price of fine housing around san Diego: $5 - $10 Mil for a nice big fancy house on some acreage. How a bout a nice boat? A 60 foot power boat is $1 Mil. Half the money is gone already. Then you may want to diversify your portfolio a little. Remember, these peoples' portfolios get very lopsided with all those options.

Also, they will probably keep voting for new options for themselves. I don't know, i may be all wrong on this, but somehow I am not concerned about those sales that took place last month.
best,
sa.
