Scumbria, <I bought another AMD box to the home/work network over the weekend. This one has a 700MHz Duron, to go with my 1GHz Athlon and 667MHz PIII (Linux) systems.> Thanks for the update. By the way, I'll soon be rebuilding my system in order to make it more quiet. Noise reduction seems to be the new thing in PC's these days. Heck, even the power-hungry Pentium 4 now has a temperature-sensitive fan that intermittently runs according to a sensor. It won't be too long before all desktop PCs become "fanless," kind of like the MacCube (or whatever it's called). Tenchusatsu
