John - Re: "Intel to Acquire Xircom for Approximately $748 Million" Thanks for the post I just read Xirxom's quarterly report (issued today, I believe) and noted that they earned $2 million in profits this past quarter. Since this is a CASH deal, can we assume that this will be ACRETIVE this year - with the Xircom division profits adding to Intel's core profits? Paul
