I am still not Convinced that the Fed move on 1/3 was due to Economic numbers. Greenspan had all the data he needed for a cut at the December meeting but chose not to. Then two weeks later out of the blue he cuts by .50 Basis points and in between meetings as well? Just a gut feeling but I believe there is something else at play here that only a few are Privy to. Last weeks PPI # and Employment # lead credence to that feeling.
