Well I have been reading all the problems customers have been having accessing QCharts due to the ID and PW changes. I went to the web site and logged in using my old ID and PW back when it was requested to do so on this thread.

I have not experienced any QChart logon problems using my old ID and PW. However, after reading your post today, I decided I best go try and log onto the web site and check my account info. I cannot access the site, go figure. I should have known I would not be able to skirt this mess…LOL

Regards,
LG
