Bush ordered our troops into a war torn Somalia trap. Once the troops were committed, it was nearly impossible to have our troops flee Somalia. I was, and am, a great believer in Clinton's decision for Kosovo. It was well thought out, winnable, and stablized an important part of the world. Bush's decision to send troops to Somalia was a vain terrible decision, and many good Americans lost their lives because of it.
