We may see at least $0.15 as a one time charge in this quarter if the layoff will be able to complete in February. If not, we may see the $0.15 charges to spread in this quarter and next quarter. In exchange, 3Com believes to save about $0.60 per year or $0.15 per quarter in the future. Not too bad. We already knew 3Com will be in red in this and the next quarter. To charge additional $0.15 into the negative quarter won't show any difference. Anyway, 3Com is losing money, no matter how much it will be. 3Com has been being sick for years. I do wish it gets a recovery after this surgery.
