Jimmy- I have my doubts about the effects of the Fed repos activity..
I looked down the list of activity at the link you posted
biz.yahoo.com

appears Fed been buying and adding reserves since bottom of that page in Dec (and maybe for months before then, I just can't tell, the info wasn't there). Yet that didn't keep stock prices from running up AND down to lows end of Dec and again beginning Jan and again after Fed dropped discount rate. so that's 3 runs to lows even with backdrop of Fed activity. Am I missing something ? Does the 01/03/2001 change in bias make FED activity more important to watch now vs. last month?
I have no experience with this "indicator" so please explain.
Thanks
Hersh
