I've been starting to go to a 3D coffee shop. Neat bunch of guys. Some my age talking fishing and whatever and some old folks like a former city golf champ who has to be led to his seat and told who he is talking to. Stories.... Today one old fart who used to be a sheriff's detective. called Biggie in the old days, was telling a 50s story. He had been on patrol on New Year's Eve and needed a rest stop. While standing before the toilet waiting to start his stream he heard a guy behind him. Sounded innocent. The guy was wanting to punch someone and hit him below his ear and knocked him down. When Biggie started to get up he rammed his head into the sink which was worse than the initial blow. Biggie had seen a George Raft movie where George shot through his top coat and nailed the guy. Biggie tried it and not only missed but set his coat on fire. Biggie had to dunk his coat in the commode to put out the fire. Neat stories the old guys have.
