The relics can be the main tools for Chinese govt to get hold of the people of their own culture more easily
BS... the chinese leadership has had decades to expound the considerable and magnificent history of China and they have done little. Sure they excavate a bunch of terra-cotta soldiers from time to time.... However, to really create a sense of pride, they must look forward and build one.
The US has some 200 years of actual history. But what is special about this nation is that we took the best parts of much of western political, social, and religious thinking and brought it together into a system that says that an individual has inalienable rights (rights that cannot be taken away).
It is such a belief that we hold dear that sets the foundation for our nation. No matter who you are, or where you are born, once you are a citizen of this nation you have inalienable right bestowed upon you by your creator.
At a minimum, to be successful, a democratic society must hold to this belief.
The rulers or emperors were not actual Chinese
Can you define for me what an "actual Chinese" person is?
Like for example, since China claims Tibet, does this mean that Tibetans are "actual Chinese" people?
And can you tell me why there are 8 main "dialects" which are completely disimilar in enunciation?
Which dialect is the one spoken by "actual Chinese"?
