Peter, It would not affect the pattern studies at all. In other words I do not look at those things when I am searching for the pattern the day should follow. That being said however, it does affect the decisions I make during a trading day. The pattern is just a roadmap. The moving averages, stos and other tools are what puts in in and out of a trade during the day. The pattern gives me direction, the other indicators make the trade. Does that make sense? -Scott PS - No pattern for today. With the holiday tossed in I had trouble with it.
