Why don't you check out the GLE thread both on SI and SH or go to their web site. You will see that GLE fuel cells can run on gasoline and also convert carbon monoxide to electricity as well. Carbon monoxide kills PEM cells and yet carbon monoxide will be created by reforming gasoline and natural gas. GLE cells do not require a hydrogen infrastructure.
