Patient Engineer - Re: "Do you really believe K6 costs more than $80 or are you just differing for the fun of it?"

I don't have a clue how much a K6 costs.

I don't recall ever postulating a number either. As you know, it is based on yields and fixed and variable costs - and neither you nor I know what they are.

As for someone viewing a "freeze frame" - I recall that post. I found it interesting - quite an initiative - I'll give him credit for that.

However - a VHS freeze frame of a camera shot, pre-recorded then re-broadcast - well, you get the idea.

I was 6 inches from a real wafer and I know what die sites are complete and which ones aren't. I've seen more than a few wafers in my time. Being 6 inches from the real deal takes all the guess work out of it.
